DEVELOPMENT SNAPSHOT #07
An object begins in a quiet workshop, passes through the fire and iron of a factory, and leaves the city from a crowded warehouse. Today, three facility cards reveal the moment a town's production begins to grow.
In the Workshop, every craftsperson is visible: stitching leather, shaping clay, and tending the forge. The current game data defines it as a production facility, and the story begins at the scale of a small workplace.

Chimneys, foundries, and loaded carts move together in the Factory card. It is also defined as a production facility, but the visible scale leaps forward. The image hints at production spreading into employment, materials, transport, and the life of the whole city.

The Storage Warehouse waits at the end: carts, barrels, crates, and ledgers. In the current data it is a service facility, distinct from the places that produce goods. The larger production grows, the more storage and timing begin to matter.

Workshop, Factory, and Storage Warehouse are already part of the facility data. We are continuing to improve how clearly they connect as flows of materials, production, inventory, and transport. Our goal is a world where an object born on one workbench can eventually change the fate of a nation—and where the player builds that chain through their own decisions.
