DEVELOPMENT SNAPSHOT #27
Seafood from the coast and game meat from the wild are both perishable. Combined with charcoal and other ingredients, they become preserved food that a nation can hold for the days ahead.

Seafood is resource ID 11. It needs no production input and supports Diverse Food demand, but the resource master does not allow it to be stockpiled on its own.

Game Meat is resource ID 403. Gathered through hunting and similar activity, it joins seafood as a fixed input for preserved food.

Preserved Food is resource ID 401. Fruit, meat, seafood, and game meat are processed with charcoal into food designed for long-term stockpiling.

Preserved food requires 0.25 seafood and 0.25 game meat, plus 0.15 fruit, 0.25 meat, and 0.1 charcoal. No single producer can finish it alone, so the nation's logistics must connect several sources.
Resources edible today become reserves usable tomorrow. These three cards show a compact system that turns peacetime abundance into resilience.
