DEVELOPMENT SNAPSHOT #05
When the workshop doors open, a weapon stops being a picture and becomes a national plan. This time we zoom in on the production queue through three small clues.
A row of small icons at the top of Production Management switches between manufacturing categories: armored vehicles, aircraft, and ships. It feels like looking along a dark workshop shelf and choosing what the nation will need next.
Small brass-framed gateways to each production category.
Each queue card brings together the equipment image, daily output, estimated completion, remaining quantity, and assigned workshop. In this capture no workshop is assigned, so output remains zero. Choosing a powerful machine is only the beginning.
The clock starts only when “what to build” meets “where to build it.”
A visual landmark that keeps each model recognizable at a glance.
Daily outputShows how workshop capacity and materials push the plan forward.
ETATurns deployment into a date that can shape diplomacy and the front line.
RemainingMakes a grand plan feel tangible as the number falls day by day.
Do you prioritize armored vehicles to hold the line, or gamble on long-range electromagnetic gun vehicles? Queue order is more than a task list—it is a fragment of the future drawn by the player.
Three plans in the current development build. Small cards become a timeline for national strategy.
The foundations now cover reordering, material reservations, workshop assignment, and completion history. Next we want shortages and delays to read even more clearly, so that one look at a card can inspire the next move.
The complete Production Management screen brings plans, constraints, and time together inside one workshop.
EVERY ARSENAL BEGINS WITH A SINGLE CARD
Build the future of a nation, one card at a time.
