Move, Protect, Supply: Three Vehicles Reshape the Frontline

DEVELOPMENT SNAPSHOT #31

All three are transport vehicles, yet each changes when its cargo changes: a military truck for movement, an armored carrier for protected infantry, and an ammunition truck that keeps firepower alive. Here are three implemented equipment cards side by side.

Military Truck: Tier 2, speed 40, reliability 80—the standard mechanized transport.

First, move people and supplies — Military Truck

The Military Truck is a basic model with a canvas-covered bed and metal body. It costs 12 iron, 4 cotton, and 2 glass, and leads this trio with speed 40 and reliability 80. Its armor is modest, but mobility begins here.

Carry infantry under armor — Armored Personnel Carrier

The Tier 3 carrier costs 16 iron and 4 copper. It trades speed down to 32 for defense 18 and armor 0.65, specializing in protected frontline transport.

Keep the guns supplied — Ammunition Supply Truck

The Tier 3 ammunition truck costs 12 iron, 6 timber, and 3 charcoal. At speed 36, it carries ammunition boxes and fuel cans to sustain high-firepower units.

Speed, protection, supply—no single number decides

The military truck emphasizes speed and reliability, the armored carrier defense, and the ammunition truck continued combat support. Their strengths appear in different situations; transport does not collapse into one universal choice.

Silhouette, resource cost, speed, and defense all distinguish these vehicles. Defining the unit's purpose is the first strategic step toward choosing its transport.
